    Why can’t I rate 0 star? Ridiculous open time from 9-5 on weekdays and closes on weekends, I will never get my parcel. Don’t even try, they will send it back to sender within 10 days without notification. Hope a new post office can open the community, so we don’t need to use this one.

    Aweful experience.
    I gave 3 tracking number
    Only found one.
    No QR code no scan no search.
    Robot is even better than you.

    There was a time when this post office just dialed it in but now it’s great. Really nice and helpful staff.

    There is a new member of staff, a gentleman, who is absolutely lovely. Friendly, helpful and polite. Much nicer than the terrible woman who would belittle and speak incredibly rudely to customers.
    So nice to have a pleasant interaction. I used to dread going in but not anymore! :)

    Like most other reviews, I’d also give them zero or minus scores if was possible. Haven’t m t a polite staff member in there- all of them have zero manners. Pity my parcels have to go there as it means I have to put up with their awful personalities. Don’t like owning a post office- sell it. Don’t like working in a post office- get a factory job where you don’t have to speak to customers.
