  Branch manager that does not listen to what you need. Instead talks over you, and fills in documents you require as she pleases despite showing her being shown examples. Very poor

  Scott was incredibly rude and took 10 minutes to order me a new debit card. He seemed very confused and like he didn't know what he was doing so he may have been very new at the job.

  The ATM at this branch is a joke. If you're in a business and you need to deposit cash on a regular basis don't bother going to this branch. At least a couple of times a month it doesn't work. Since the ANZ are so cheap they closed their Firle branch so now the nearest smart ATM is between 5 and 10 ks away. Of course you can go in on a Monday and enjoy the inconvenience of waiting in line for 15 minutes while the one teller tries to serve everyone. Then get the added bonus of being slugged an over the counter fee. The bank makes x billion a year surely they can install a reliable ATM.
