  Tried to contact via both email and phone but got no response over several days before inspection. Drove 40 minutes to the inspection only to find an agent telling us that the property had already been rented out a few days earlier and the inspection was cancelled. Korn did not bother updating their online listing with this information, resulting in our 80 minute journey being a complete waste of time.

  Really unprofessional group here, we purchased a house through Korn. As first time buyers we were quite unsure of the process. As soon as our offer was accepted by the vendor, communication stopped there.
  
  On the day of settlement Korn did not even bother to contact us. We were told by the office that the keys would be delivered to the house, we waited a good part of the morning and afternoon but nothing. Eventually we called their office and they told us to come pick it up from their office. When we arrived at their office the staff had no idea what we were there for, completely clueless. Korn had also promised us a hamper of gifts as a thank you originally, but that never happened. We were left in the dark. Not even a Sold sticker.
  
  Please think twice about engaging these people. Service is terrible.
